Manufacturer description: The LG G7 ThinQ is a flagship device with a dual camera configuration that departs from the norm, providing a wide and a super-wide-angle lens rather than the typical wide/tele combo. An almost bezel-less 6.1-inch LCD display with a resolution of 1440 x 3120 pixels is combined with Qualcomm's latest top-end Snapdragon 845 chipset, and embedded into an IP68 dust- and water-resistant body. LG touts the device's AI-powered camera mode designed to identify objects and scenes and auto-adjust settings accordingly.

Beautiful and shock-resistant body
The latest Snapdragon chip
Flagship screen with unmatched aspect, brightness and resolution
Top-notch connectivity package
Very loud speaker
Great all-round camera experience, with some oil painting-like inconsistencies
Excellent 4K videos, both 30 and 60fps, both normal and wide-angle
HDR and Hi-Fi video recording, lots of manual options

The battery life is just about average
The low-light image quality isn't flagship worthy, issues with HDR photos
4K videos are not further stabilized by EIS
